Fleet Captain
The Fleet Captain plays a key role in ensuring charter vessels are safe, well-maintained, and ready for exceptional customer experiences. This position involves preparing yachts for charter departures, conducting vessel orientations and check-rides with clients, and inspecting boats upon return to document discrepancies and maintenance needs. Fleet Captains perform seasonal evaluations, monitor vessel systems, complete accurate reports, and communicate regularly with owners and the service team. The role also includes light maintenance, assisting colleagues, and maintaining detailed knowledge of each vessel’s operation and handling characteristics. Professionalism, strong boating skills, and attention to detail are essential.
Full-time positions available: March 15 to November 1 (or until duties completed). Mon-Fri (9am-5pm) until mid-May then Wed-Sun or Fri-Tues shifts, weekends required (8am-6pm, varies due to charter schedule).
Hourly Pay: $21-$28/hr D.O.E. – prior industry experience or instruction experience is preferred. A split pay rate for non-billable and billable work may apply if capable of maintenance work.

Cleaning Crew: Interior and Exterior
Join our team for the upcoming charter season! We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to help keep our fleet of charter yachts clean, organized, and ready to impress our charter guests. This seasonal position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for every charter by ensuring each vessel is cleaned, stocked, and presented to the highest standards. If you enjoy working around boats, take pride in a job well done, and thrive in a fast-paced waterfront environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Seasonal position, approximate employment dates are April 1st – October 30th or longer, depending on when duties are completed
Hours: F/T positions available. Weekends Required, 2 days off are typically Mon/Tue or Wed/Thurs.
Must have open availability. We are a seasonal, summer heavy business which means we work weekends, holidays, and must limit peak season vacation/leave time.
Hourly: $17.50+ hr/D.O.E.
