46′ Moody

This center cockpit Moody design is well-suited for both blue water and protected passages. While it can be easily handled by two people, the boat accommodates up to six guests with privacy, or seven total.

Notable features include a fold-down swim step with a ladder for easy access to the dinghy and water, as well as a 6-gallon hot water heater that operates off the engine, boiler, or shore power—offering unlimited shower time when using the boiler. The interior boasts four large hanging lockers and ample drawer space in both main staterooms, ensuring excellent storage.

The design promotes excellent circulation with numerous hatches and bright windows in the salon. The dinghy can be stowed on arch davits or towed. Finished in cherry wood with impressive joinery, the layout is both comfortable and practical, complemented by a remarkably spacious galley.

This Bill Dixon design is a solid cruising boat known for its unparalleled storage and excellent reputation, incorporating some of the best features from power yachts to enhance the sailing experience.
